Job summary

Nestlé Business Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst (Material Master Automation) to drive automation of Material Master Data processes.

The role partners with business and IT to design, implement, and improve solutions that boost data quality, efficiency, and user experience across markets. You will translate business requirements into scalable designs, support testing, deployment, and adoption, and contribute to global digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Master Data Management, or related processes is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting/automation tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate Material Master Data processes.

As a Business Analyst (Material Master Automation), you will support the digital transformation of Material Master Data processes by partnering with business and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve automation solutions. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and user experience across global and regional markets.

A Day in the Life of...

Drive Automation and Process Improvement

• Identifyopportunities to automate and simplify Material Master Data processes.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into solution designs.

• Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

Analyze Requirements and Design Solutions

• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to define andvalidatebusiness requirements.

• Support process mapping, workflow design, and solution development activities.

• Create user stories, functional specifications, and other project documentation.

• Assess risks, dependencies, and business impacts of proposed solutions.

Support Testing, Deployment, and Adoption

• Coordinate and execute testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Support solution deployment and post-go-live stabilization.

• Develop training materials and user documentation.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, training sessions, and change management activities.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, ora relatedfield.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of SAP, Master Data Management, or related business processes is an advantage.
