Job summary

Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Master Data (CMD) Specialist in Meycauayan, Bulacan, Philippines.

You will create, maintain, validate, and govern customer master data within SAP and related systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and policy compliance. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations to support order processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business Admin, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Master Data, Master Data Management, Data Administration, Shared Services, or related functions.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a CMD Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable customer information that supports order processing, billing, reporting, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

A Day in the Life

• Create, maintain, and update customer master records in SAP and other business systems.
• Review and validate customer data requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and master data issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve data accuracy.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to master data management standards and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Monitor data quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage large volumes of customer data while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer master data processes and operational effectiveness.
