Job summary

Nestlé Business Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst (Material Master Automation) to drive automation of Material Master Data processes.

The role partners with business and IT to design, implement, and improve solutions that boost data quality, efficiency, and user experience across markets. You will translate business requirements into scalable designs, support testing, deployment, and adoption, and contribute to global digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Master Data Management, or related processes is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting/automation tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate Material Master Data processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into designs.
• Support digital transformation initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and drive improvements.
• Define and validate business requirements with stakeholders; create user stories and specs.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and adoption; develop training materials and documentation.
