Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan, Bulacan invites applications for an Accounting Operations Analyst (Morning Shift). This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and at least 2 years in basic accounting.

Responsibilities include GL/Bank recon, intercompany and fixed assets accounting, with a focus on timely reporting and KPI achievement. The role offers a morning shift in a global FMCG environment, where you will support period-end close and collaborate across markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• 2+ years of basic accounting experience preferred.
• Candidate should be available to join ASAP.
• Candidate must be amenable to any shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets accounting.
• Perform Accounts Reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting during Period-End Close.
• Ensure KPIs are met and collaborate with markets/streams for issue resolution.

A day in the life of...

• Perform tasks applicable to specific processes (GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting)


• Perform Accounts Reconciliation


• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as needed during Period-End Close


• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met


• Ensure that all issues are investigated/resolved according to the markets’ requirements


• Collaborate with Market/other Streams to resolve issues


• Initiate continuous improvement projects
