Job summary

Nestlé Business Services Manila, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a Business Analyst (Material Master Automation) to help digitize Material Master Data processes and deliver automation solutions across global and regional markets.

You will translate business needs into scalable designs, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and support testing, deployment, and adoption while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP or Master Data Management is advantageous.
• Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.

As a Business Analyst (Material Master Automation), you will support the digital transformation of Material Master Data processes by partnering with business and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve automation solutions. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and user experience across global and regional markets.

A Day in the Life of...

Drive Automation and Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify Material Master Data processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

Analyze Requirements And Design Solutions

• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to define and validate business requirements.
• Support process mapping, workflow design, and solution development activities.
• Create user stories, functional specifications, and other project documentation.
• Assess risks, dependencies, and business impacts of proposed solutions.

Support Testing, Deployment, and Adoption

• Coordinate and execute testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support solution deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, training sessions, and change management activities.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Master Data Management, or related business processes is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting or automation tools.
• Understanding of Agile and project delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.
