You will facilitate requirements walkthroughs, develop adoption materials, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BUR) from stakeholders and SMEs.
• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams.
• Develop adoption materials and user guides, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and coordinate with stakeholders; SDLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze BUR from stakeholders and SMEs
• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams
• Prepare and maintain detailed business requirements documentation
• Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and update L4 processes and cascade changes to teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify and resolve business requirements issues
• Support requirements traceability to technical and testing artifacts
• Manage requirements related to change requests
• Create and facilitate UAT test scripts and sessions
• Develop adoption materials such as User Guides, Policies & Procedures, and videos
