AboitizPower is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong Change Management background to bridge the gap between technical configuration and user adoption. The role focuses on mapping current and future processes, translating tool value to daily operations, and guiding diverse teams through a structured 5-stage adoption framework.

Responsibilities include end-to-end process analysis, stakeholder communication, and the decommissioning of legacy tools while supporting digital upskilling for 4EZ

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or Technical Change Manager on large-scale software implementations (ERP, GIS, or EAM preferred).
• Strong proficiency in process mapping (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) and workflow optimization; translate complex technical workflows for business users.

Responsabilidades

• Map end-to-end As-Is and To-Be processes across multiple units and identify deltas between legacy and new systems.
• Translate software features into tangible operational benefits for specific roles and create feature matrices.
• Design and implement a 5-stage Adoption Framework including baseline readiness, localization, champions activation, pilots, and full cutover.
• Develop training materials and job aids; ensure digital literacy for 4EZ teams transitioning from manual methods.
• Define adoption governance, cutover policies, and KPI dashboards to monitor DXI usage and data quality during hypercare.
