WeSupport, Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst for a 3.5‑month contract in the Philippines.
The role requires gathering and documenting business requirements for system development, designing processes for digital transformation, and controlling project scope to ensure on‑time delivery. You will support SIT/UAT, Go‑Live, and post‑go‑live activities while coordinating with project managers, developers, QA teams, and third‑party vendors.
Employment Type: Contract (3.5 Months)
Target Start Date: Mid-September
Work Setup: Hybrid (Minimum of 3 days onsite per week)
Salary Budget: Up to ₱70,000
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system development and enhancement projects.
Design, improve, and document business processes to support digital transformation initiatives.
Control project scope to ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved.
Provide high-level effort estimates based on business requirements.
Develop, maintain, and secure sign-off for Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Ensure proposed system solutions meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.
Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in the development and review of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases.
Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live activities by resolving business and system-related issues.
Create and update business process documentation based on new business requirements.
Manage project issues and serve as the point of escalation when necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech. (Non-negotiable)
Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design for system development and enhancement projects. (Non-negotiable)
Strong experience in preparing and maintaining:
Business Requirements Documents (BRD) (Non-negotiable)
Functional Specification Documents (FSD) (Non-negotiable)
Process Flow Diagrams (Non-negotiable)
Business Process Documentation (Non-negotiable)
Experience analyzing and improving business processes to support digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience collaborating with business users, project managers, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Post Go-Live activities, including test scenario and test case review. (Non-negotiable)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions and present solutions to business stakeholders.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration/documentation tools.
Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis is an advantage.
Experience in consumer finance, digital lending, banking operations, or financial services. (Non-negotiable)
Previous experience working with external vendors or third-party system providers. (Non-negotiable)
Experience leading small initiatives or mentoring junior Business Analysts is an advantage.
Must be willing to work in a Hybrid setup with a minimum of three (3) days onsite per week. (Non-negotiable)
