Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Business Admin or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business or systems analysis, software development, or tech project delivery.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system integration, and solution implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data analysis, testing methodologies, and business process improvement frameworks is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems and initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
• Conduct process reviews and gap analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design discussions, providing recommendations for scalable and sustainable system improvements.
• Support system testing activities including test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of delivered solutions.
• Performs data analysis and prepares reports to support business decisions, performance monitoring, and process optimization initiatives.
• Facilitates workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and manage expectations
• Prepares and maintains comprehensive documentation of business processes, workflows, technical requirements, and system changes.
• Ensures adherence to organizational standards, governance policies, security requirements, and regulatory compliance in all technology implementations.
