About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Business Analyst (Graduate) for our client, a multilateral financial institution based in Manila. This is an entry-level position within a graduate talent accelerator programme that is modernizing the organisation’s operations through secure, well-governed digital solutions.
You will gather, analyse, and validate business requirements for digital products and technology initiatives, working alongside senior business analysts, product managers, and technical leads. It is a hands-on introduction to business analysis, Agile product delivery, and stakeholder engagement in an international development context.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and site visits to elicit user requirements.
- Write user stories, epics, and releases with clear acceptance criteria.
- Translate conceptual requirements into functional specifications, process models, diagrams, and charts.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog with product managers and business stakeholders.
- Support sprint and release cycles, including effort estimation using the INVEST criteria.
- Assist with post-go-live support, incident coordination, and status reporting.
- Maintain requirements traceability and deployment documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, project coordination, software development, or quality assurance.
- Strong academic record (High Distinction / Distinction level) plus meaningful extracurricular involvement — leadership, volunteering, student organisations, or research.
- Basic understanding of requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and process mapping.
- Working knowledge of SDLC concepts; familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, or Jira is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural team.

- Duration: One (1) year, subject to extension
- Location: Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City - onsite, 5 days a week
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila time)
