Job summary

About the role

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automation, and creating clear and detailed business analysis documents including workflows, use cases, and process diagrams. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams, support the development and testing of new systems or processes, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and comply with organizational standards. You will act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, conduct meetings and workshops to align project goals and expectations, and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. You will use analytical tools to generate actionable insights and recommendations, and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate project success.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field


• Experience in ERP systems or enterprise data platforms, data analysis, data quality management tools and methodologies, or application support


• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)


• Strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of business operations


• Understanding of data integration and mapping concepts (ETL processes)


• Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic medical records is a plus


• Certification in business analysis, data management, or related fields is a plus
