Job summary

A consulting firm in Laguna is looking for a Business Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT and 3–5 years of experience. You will communicate and document requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into user stories. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and Figma. This position offers a chance to work on diverse business projects in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in software testing.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Experience in creating prototypes using Figma.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate functional requirements into user stories.
• Effectively communicate requirements to the Dev Lead, Scrum Master, and System Analyst.
• Maintain and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing.
• Detailed Requirement (DR) documents.
• System Prototype/Wireframes.
• Test scripts and scenarios.
• ST Summary Report per cycle and per Sprint.
• Bug and issue management.
