Job summary

Workscale Resources Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions in healthcare. The role focuses on requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration to drive compliant, efficient workflows.

The candidate should have 2+ years of BA experience, preferably with certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA), and a degree in a related field. This is on-site in Pasig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of business analysis experience.
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are an advantage.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and workflow analysis.
• Understanding of healthcare operations and workflows (registration, EMR, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology) and data privacy.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate needs to technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Analyze current healthcare workflows, identify inefficiencies, and conduct gap analysis between existing processes and proposed digital health solutions.
• Translate business and operational needs into detailed functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and validation sessions to confirm requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Support system implementation, testing, and post-deployment evaluation, and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and operational insights.
• Work under Well-led direction and comply with data privacy and security protocols.

• Experience preparing business cases and solution recommendations.
• Understanding ofhealthcare operations and workflows (registration, EMR, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology)and ofcompliance and data privacy.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate business needs to technical teams effectively.
• Direct exposure to healthcare, health information systems, hospital operations, clinical systems, PhilHealth workflows, or enterprise IT implementation is considered a strong advantage.
