Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Analyst who can analyze existing systems, document requirements (SRS), and support testing activities. The role works closely with clients, developers, and users to align system functionality and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SDLC, prefer a Java basics understanding, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. This is an onsite position in Taguig City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Requirements Analysis / Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with requirements documentation and testing.
• Experience creating SRS and Test Suites.
• Experience with SIT and UAT support.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of Java is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite daily in Taguig City.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist users with test scenarios and system clarifications.
• Coordinate between clients and development teams to ensure proper alignment.
• Provide recommendations for improving system functionality.
