The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to handle routine and emergency maintenance across hotel facilities. The role involves working 6 days a week with a 9am–6pm schedule at Beach Rd (Bugis).
Salary ranges from $2500 to $3500, depending on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate has a minimum secondary education, at least one year in hotel or building maintenance, and a basic electrical certificate or NITEC in Electrical Technology.

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, air-conditioning units, door locks, water heaters, and bathroom fixtures.
Respond promptly to guest repair requests and maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according to the hotel's maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on pumps, motors, plumbing systems (e.g. toilets, basins, faucets, drains), and other hotel equipment.
Repair or replace lamps, light fittings, switches, power sockets, door locks, door closers, and other minor electrical or mechanical components.
Perform basic painting, touch-up, wall patching, plastering, silicone sealing (caulking), and cosmetic repairs.
Carry out basic carpentry and furniture repairs, including doors, cabinets, drawers, beds, tables, chairs, and other hotel fixtures.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities regularly to identify and rectify maintenance issues.
Coordinate with external contractors during servicing, repairs, inspections, and renovation works.
Maintain proper records of maintenance work, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in accordance with workplace safety procedures.
Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and workshop areas in a clean and organised condition.
Attend to emergency maintenance issues such as water leakage, power failures, equipment breakdowns, and other urgent repairs.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Hotel Management.
Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in hotel, building, or general maintenance is preferred.
Possess a Basic Electrical Certificate, NITEC in Electrical Technology, or equivalent technical qualification will be an added advantage.
Able to perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs safely.
Experience in hotel maintenance or hospitality industry.
Basic knowledge of fire safety systems and building maintenance.
