Job summary

I MILLENIA BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our maintenance team in Makati. The role requires hands-on maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and quick troubleshooting to keep building operations running smoothly.

You will perform routine inspections, ensure safety and compliance, and report issues to the Property Manager. The ideal candidate has a vocational or technical background, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and is willing to be

Qualifications

Vocational or technical course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in property management or building maintenance.
NC II is a plus.
Knowledgeable in basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be assigned in Makati City and Paco Manila.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Conduct troubleshooting to ensure proper operation of building equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards.
Monitor and report maintenance issues to the Property Manager.
Support property and facilities operations as needed.
