Job summary

Kingsville Property Holdings Inc is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance, safety, and compliance for UPad Taft and UPad U-Belt. You will lead maintenance and security teams, ensuring MEPS integrity and regulatory adherence across both properties.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 1–2 years’ related experience, and strong problem-solving skills. This on-site position emphasizes emergency response readiness and clear reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) required.
1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property engineering preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the Maintenance and Housekeeping Team for both properties.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building equipment and systems.
Ensure proper operation, repair, and maintenance of MEPS systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary).
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and common areas.
Supervise and manage the Security Team for both properties and ensure safety of occupants, staff and visitors.
Monitor and maintain fire protection systems, alarms, emergency lighting, and exits.
Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and government requirements.
Oversee pest control programs and proper garbage collection, segregation and disposal.
