Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join our property management team. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered / Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably 2 years experienced employees specializing in Property / Real Estate / Commercial Facility or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
• Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work
• Willing to work in a commercial facility
