Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a Building Engineer to establish and uphold engineering standards across a growing Tinoma destination in Quezon City. You will build maintenance systems, lead technical teams, and ensure facilities are safe, reliable, and ready for expansion.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and compliance with local codes, with shifts including weekends as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Experience setting up preventive maintenance programs and systems for growing properties.
• Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors while enforcing safety standards.
• Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes applicable to local projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MEP systems including electrical, water supply, HVAC, drainage, fire protection, and backup power.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs for current and future scale.
• Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Supervise in-house technicians and coordinate with external contractors; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage utility metering, cost tracking, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national building code, local ordinances, and environmental standards.
• Review tenant fit-out plans and coordinate utility connections.
• Build technical documentation, asset registers, and maintenance history records.

You will build maintenance systems, lead technical teams, and ensure facilities are safe, reliable, and ready for expansion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain MEP systems — electrical, water supply, HVAC, drainage, fire protection, and backup power

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs suited to the property’s current and future scale

• Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and capital improvement projects

• Supervise in-house technicians and coordinate with external contractors; enforce safety and quality standards

• Manage utility metering, cost tracking, and energy efficiency initiatives

• Ensure compliance with national building code, local ordinances, and environmental standards

• Review tenant fit-out plans; inspect installations and coordinate utility connections

• Build technical documentation, asset registers, and maintenance history records

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering — PRC License required

• 1-2 years experience in building engineering, facility maintenance, or construction project supervision

• Practical, hands-on approach — comfortable diagnosing and resolving technical issues directly

• Experience setting up maintenance programs and systems for growing properties

• Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes

• Based locally or willing to relocate; available for flexible shifts including weekends
