Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking a Building Engineer to manage daily operations and maintenance of residential facilities in Cebu City. You will implement programs to ensure building system reliability and safety, and you will coordinate with contractors for repairs and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of building systems, and excellent communication and customer service skills to support residents and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Management, or related 4-year course.
• 3–5 years of Building Engineer experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential facilities.
• Establish and implement programs to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and elevator systems.
• Maintain detailed records and checklists of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
• Provide support to property management and residents in addressing facility-related concerns.
