Asticom Technology Inc invites applications for an Associate Manager Level Building Engineer to oversee building systems maintenance at Ayala Malls Capitol Central in Bacolod City. You will monitor utilities, supervise tenant works, and lead safety programs to ensure mall operations run smoothly on-site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, active RME/REE registration, and at least 3 years in mall or commercial property management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition to maintain tenant and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance across building systems.
• Implement energy-conservation measures and track daily utility consumption.
• Monitor tenant construction works to ensure compliance with mall guidelines and review plans/estimates.
• Supervise property safety programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare technical briefings, manage work request statuses, and complete as-built documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition to maintain tenant and customer satisfaction

• Conduct regular inspections and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across all building systems

• Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while tracking daily utility consumption

• Monitor tenant construction works to ensure strict adherence to mall guidelines and review plans/estimates

• Supervise property safety programs to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with local regulations

• Prepare technical briefings, manage work request statuses, and complete as-built documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)

• At least 3 years of solid working experience in Mall, Retail, or Commercial Property Management

• Strong technical leadership background in MEP, HVAC, emergency generators, and facility operations

• Proficient in project monitoring, technical plan reviews, budget tracking, and safety compliance
