Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc, based in Quezon City, is seeking a Building Engineer (Senior Associate Level) to oversee building systems maintenance and safety within Ayala Malls Vertis North. The role involves monitoring utility usage, supervising construction works, and ensuring operational safety on-site.

Candidate should have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and be a licensed engineer (RME/REE) with at least two years in mall or retail property management, with strong MEP and

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 2 years of solid working experience in Mall, Retail, or Commercial Property Management.
• Strong technical background in MEP, HVAC, emergency generators, and building maintenance.
• Proficient in project monitoring, technical plan reviews, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition to maintain tenant and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across all building systems.
• Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while tracking daily utility consumption.
• Monitor tenant construction works to ensure strict adherence to mall guidelines and review plans/estimates.
• Supervise property safety programs to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare technical briefings, manage work request statuses, and complete as-built documentation.
