Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineering professional to manage MEPF operations, safety, contracts, and permits for MOA Complex in Pasay City.

The role involves coordinating with technicians and contractors, ensuring audit findings are addressed, and contributing ideas to daily operations. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 1–2 years of property management experience and a valid professional license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of related work experience in property management.
• Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in CSA/MEPF, Safety & Health, Security Procedures, Projects, and Tenant Fit-Out Management.

• Prepares the manpower monthly schedule and submits the same to the Chief Engineer.
• Supervises technical works being undertaken by technicians and duly appointed contractors.
• Provides innovative ideas that would benefit the daily operation of the Building Administration Team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1-2 years of related work experience in property management.
• Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Building's CSA and MEPF, Safety & Health, Security Procedures, Projects, and Tenant Fit-Out Management.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
