Job summary

SM Development Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a licensed Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer to conduct biannual audits across managed properties, including building systems, landscaping and housekeeping, ensuring safety readiness and compliance with GPMC standards.

The role involves reporting findings to Operations and Business Development, closing audit issues, and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Audit twice a year across all managed properties covering architecture, landscaping and housekeeping, and reliability of building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance, life-safety readiness, GPMC standards, and renewal of permits and service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biannual comprehensive audits in all managed properties.
• Monitor and close audit findings (critical, major, minor).
• Report audit findings to Operations and Business Development per schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Professional engineering license (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Conduct twice a year comprehensive audit in all managed properties. It involves Architecture, Landscaping and Housekeeping, Reliability of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, Renewal of Permits and Licenses and Service Contracts.
2. Monitor and closure of Critical, Major and Minor audit findings.
3. Reporting of audit findings to the Operations and Business Development Team based on agreed schedule.
4. All other related duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. License Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
4. Knowledgeable in Philippine Code Based Requirements
5. MS Office Proficient (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
6. Good Interpersonal Skills
