Job summary

One Top Medical Systems Resources OPC is seeking an on-site Facilities Maintenance staff member in Metro Manila. The role focuses on inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building systems to ensure safety and operational efficiency for employees and visitors.

You will perform routine inspections, minor repairs, and assist with workspace setups while coordinating with external contractors for complex repairs to keep the workplace functional and safe.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational graduate.
• TESDA certificate holder.
• 1–2 years of experience in building facilities or general maintenance (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of buildings, offices, equipment, furniture, and facility systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting system, fire protection, life safety, security, and communications and internet systems
• Monitor lighting systems across the office to replace burnt-out bulbs or fluorescent tubes as needed, and inspect the CCTV system annually or as required
• Maintain cleanliness and order in utility rooms, storage areas, and common maintenance spaces
• Monitor and restock basic facility supplies
• Perform basic carpentry and fixture repairs, including adjusting office desks, fixing cabinet hinges, and repairing door handles or locks
• Carry out minor cosmetic touch-ups, such as patch-painting walls, repairing drywall dents, or fixing loose flooring/molding
• Address simple plumbing issues, including unblocking toilets, fixing minor faucet leaks, or replacing washers
• Use basic hand and power tools safely to complete routine repair requests submitted by employees
• Assist in arranging, moving, and assembling office furniture and equipment for new hires or department transfers
• Serve as the on-site point of contact to guide, and monitor specialized external contractors during complex repairs

About the role

Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, safety, & operational efficiency of the workplace. About you

• Holder of a Technical Educational and Skills Development (TESDA) certificate
• At least 1-2 years of experience in building facilities or general maintenance is an advantage
