Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or vocational graduate.
• Holder of a TESDA certificate.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in building facilities or general maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities of the designated property.
• Inspect, test, repair, install, and modify electrical components and systems.

The role is limited to minor repairs and preventive upkeep, with complex technical, structural, or licensed engineering tasks outsourced to specialized external contractors.
