Job summary

The role collaborates with SSC and the Finance Department to optimize funding utilization and financial controls. Based in Manila, the position supports the Director of Finance and Business Operations and contributes to efficient procurement,

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in a relevant capacity or field.
• Experience with basic financial management including budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, graphs).
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, budget/financial management, grant management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft and approve vendor and partner contracts; process contracts, purchase requisitions, and orders.
• Prepare management reports and budget monitoring tools for budget holders.
• Close prime and sub-recipient agreements; coordinate with SSC and Finance.
• Support grants and contracts management across multiple teams as needed.
