Job summary

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority CARAGA Region - Government is seeking a qualified staff member to review payroll, POs, JOs, and vouchers, ensuring proper deductions and tax compliance. The role requires GAAP discipline and timely handling of COA findings and AOMs.

Additionally, the candidate will monitor cash flow, submit PDS/SALN by deadlines, and maintain professional communications across offices.

Responsibilities

Reviews payroll, PO, JO, disbursement vouchers and other regular payments with attention to deductions such as loans and taxes.
Ensures compliance with financial policies on expenditures.
Reviews withholding and remittance of taxes, especially BIR forms 2316 and 2307.
Ensures GAAP compliance in recording financial transactions.
Addresses communications and memos from various offices promptly.
Addresses COA findings upon receipt of the AOM.
Submits PDS and SALN by deadline with no revisions.
Monitors cash advances, payables, receivables, and accounts with telecom providers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
