You will translate insights into actionable strategies, build high-performing teams, and drive patient-centric, data-driven decisions to maximize long-term value. The role requires strong marketing and sales background, lifecycle management, and capability to work in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience in a Business Unit Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong background in both sales and marketing within healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in product launches and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of market dynamics, access environment, and healthcare ecosystem.
