BDO Unibank is seeking a Remittance Operations professional to monitor, retrieve, and upload remittance transaction files from multiple channels. The role requires a solid background in banking operations and extensive remittance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four- or five-year course.
• At least 5 years work experience in banking operations.
• Extensive knowledge in remittance operations, preferably from a bank or financial institution.
• Ability to breakdown problems and provide alternative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

The BRS Uploading Officer is responsible for the timely monitoring, retrieval/downloading, system uploading and safekeeping of remittance transaction files/messages received in various channels from BDO Remittance Subsidiaries, Tie-ups/Agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Holder / Graduate of any four-year or five-year course
• With at least 5 years work experience in banking operations
• With extensive knowledge and experience in remittance operations preferably gained from another bank or financial institution
• Must have the ability to breakdown problems and provide alternative solutions
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
