Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Tie-up Funding Support Officer to oversee daily funding needs of remittance tie-ups and partners in the Philippines. The role emphasizes end-to-end funding support, monitoring transfers, and coordinating with the Business Development team.

The ideal candidate holds a business-related degree and 2–3 years of banking experience, with flexibility to work on holidays, weekends, and graveyard shifts if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business relates field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in the banking/financial industry (Banking experience is an advantage).
• Willing to work on holidays or weekends, as required; willing to work graveyard shift when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end funding support for all remittance tie-ups and partners.
• Support Business Development teams in tie-up FX trade facilitation.
• Monitor funds transferred by tie-ups and set the funding limits in the system as applicable.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to business stakeholders and respond to funding inquiries by tie-ups and partners.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

TheTie-up Funding Support Officeris responsibleforthe daily monitoring of funding requirements of Remittance Tie-ups and Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end funding support for all remittance tie-ups and partners


• SupportBusiness Development teams in tie-up FX trade facilitation


• Monitor funds transferred by tie-ups and provide instruction to process based on approved funding accommodation and set the corresponding funding limit in the system, as applicable


• Providetimelyandaccuratefeedback and to business stakeholders and respond to funding inquiries by tie-ups and partners


• Ensure compliance with Banks policies,proceduresand regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree inanybusiness relatedcourse (preferably majored in Business Management)


• 2 - 3 years’ experience in the banking/financial industry(Banking experience is an advantage)


• Willing to workon holidays or weekends, asrequired


• Willing to work on graveyard shift (when needed)
