Job description

Oversee end-to-end coordination of shipments, from documentation to final delivery, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal teams, external clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders. Ensures full compliance with Golden 888 policies and regulatory requirements.

Leads brokerage operations to guarantee prompt and accurate lodgment, processing, and release of shipments from the Bureau of Customs (BOC). Additionally, plays a strategic role in sales initiatives to support business sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in brokerage, customs, logistics, or a related field (5+ years preferred)

• Licensed Customs Broker or BS Customs Administration graduate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
