Job summary

KACP Customs Brokerage seeks an experienced leader to oversee the entire brokerage operations in the Philippines. The role requires 5–10 years in the customs brokerage sector, and a licensed customs broker with strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will manage manpower, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with supervisors, and represent the company at the Bureau of Customs while mentoring staff and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in the customs brokerage sector
• Must possess exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in Customs Brokerage Industry operation.
• Must be licensed customs broker.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire brokerage operations.
• Oversees and manage the manpower leg of the company.
• Ensure all activities adhere to governing laws, customs regulations and related transactions.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and TL to ensure 100% compliance of the committed TAT.
• Represent the company at the Bureau of Customs.
• Report to client’s Import Manager on any issues related to Brokerage operations.
• Conduct orientation and trainings, mentor, and evaluate brokers and operational staff.
• Analyze market trends, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
• Handle escalations, negotiate complex deals, and maintain high service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
