Job summary

TP ICAP Group, Philippines operations, seeks a Brokerage & Data Management professional to support the administration of brokerage rates for Global Broking in Europe. You will document fee schedules, maintain them in systems, and investigate client invoice queries while interacting with clients directly.

Role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and experience with Microsoft Office. This is a professional role in a fast-paced environment based in Taguig, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Provide central documentation for all brokerage rates and ensure governance adherence.
• Input and maintain brokerage rates in systems; perform four-eyes checks and audit checks.
• Investigate client queries; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Design reconciliations and MI/KPIs to support business controls and evidence processes.
• Evolve and document processes to align across business lines and entities.
