Greenfield Marketers One in Mandaluyong and Sta. Rosa, Laguna, seeks Broker Relations Specialists to recruit, train, and support licensed brokers, bridging them with internal teams to close deals effectively.

You will build broker databases, handle inquiries, coordinate sales activities, and deliver ongoing training. Earn a monthly allowance of ₱23,000–₱35,000 plus a 0.25% commission on every sale, with uncapped bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed a 4-year college course.
• Registered salesperson under the real estate board is a must.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with relationship-building experience.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and prospect brokers by building a database through research, outreach, and setting appointments.
• Provide support by handling broker inquiries, documentation, and streamlining internal communication.
• Coordinate sales activities by syncing brokers with the sales team to manage meetings, contracts, and follow-ups.

What You’ll Do

As a Broker Relations Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our real estate licensed brokers and internal teams. Your main goal is to recruit, train, and support them so they can thrive—and close deals more effectively.

• Recruit and Prospect: Build a broker database through research, outreach, and setting appointments.
• Provide Support: Handle broker inquiries, assist with documentation, and streamline internal communication.
• Coordinate Sales Activities: Sync brokers with the sales team to manage meetings, contracts, and follow-ups.
• Train and Develop: Conduct sessions to update brokers on industry trends and Greenfield projects.

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate of a 4-year college course
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about building strong relationships
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or team management.
• Registered Real Estate Salesperson under the real estate board and Licensed Real Estate Broker are a plus!
