The ideal candidate has a marketing background, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to train in San Fernando and Subic with staff housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be trained in San Fernando, Pampanga for 1 month with staff house.
• Amenable to work in Subic, Zambales with staff house.
• Work experience related to the position is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accreditation of brokers with the company.
• Coordinate sales activities for ongoing projects with brokers and agents.
• Conduct company orientation for new brokers and agents.
• Maintain strong broker and agent relationships by fostering open and transparent communication channels that encourage them to share ideas, concerns, and feedback.
