Borland Development Corporation is seeking a marketing-focused role to manage broker accreditation and coordinate sales activities with brokers and agents in Pampanga. The position involves ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement with brokers while fostering open communication and feedback.

The ideal candidate has a marketing background, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to train in San Fernando and Subic with staff housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be trained in San Fernando, Pampanga for 1 month with staff house.
• Amenable to work in Subic, Zambales with staff house.
• Work experience related to the position is an advantage.
