Applicants should hold a Degree in Agriculture or Animal Science (preferred), with 2–5 years in broiler breeder ops, PRC license preferred, and strong Excel plus communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture / Animal Science preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in broiler breeder operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of egg collection and farm routines.
• PRC license preferred.
• Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, reliable and capable of following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor flocks and respond to issues promptly.
• Coordinate egg collection and ensure quality control.
• Enforce biosecurity measures (critical).
• Coordinate and execute feed trials with precise documentation.
• Record data and generate routine reports.
• Monitor equipment and facilities.
• Provide administrative and farm support tasks such as scheduling and inventory control.

The Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor is responsible for the execution, control, and discipline of all day-to-day farm operations, ensuring that production activities are carried out accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with established SOPs and biosecurity standards.
