Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Pasig is seeking an Audio Scheduler to manage schedules for channels while ensuring compliance with regulations and client terms. The role involves optimizing inventory, coordinating with onshore teams, and supporting the Scheduling group to maintain schedule integrity.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), and experience in media or call-centre environments.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills; proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Media experience or advertising industry background is beneficial.
• Experience in an inbound call-centre environment and/or service/sales-oriented industry is beneficial.
• Ability to learn new software/information systems readily using an existing base skill set.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision to deadlines.
• Time management, planning and organizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Audio Scheduling: Prepare and manage audio schedules for channels, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate delivery of booked campaigns.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure scheduling activities comply with industry legislation and codes of practice.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and optimise availability and inventory integrity to maximise revenue potential.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide accurate communications to onshore teams to align sales and content schedules.
• Team Collaboration: Support the Team Leader and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve operations.
• Administrative Duties: File documents and record absences in the internal HR system.
