Qualifications

• Breeder operation experience of 3–5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Technology or Animal Husbandry/Animal Science or equivalent.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Possession of a 4-wheel Professional Driver's License.
• Willing to travel to CALABARZON farms and stay if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety and efficiency of poultry farm operations, with farm manager's consultation, prioritize tasks and decide workloads and schedule.
• Record data and create reports on work attendance, budget, supplies, and animal growth; assign farm duties to ensure they are carried out efficiently.
