Job summary

Quezon Poultry & Livestock Corporation seeks a Breeder Operations Manager to oversee planning, directing and control of all breeding farms in CALABARZON. You will coordinate with partner breeders, align production with market demand, and drive profitability of hatching eggs and day-old chicks. Strong leadership and veterinary/animal science background required.

Travel to farming sites as needed and ensure strict biosecurity across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of Breeder Poultry Operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Willing to travel to CALABARZON area and stay if necessary.
• Knowledge of breeder performance metrics, incubation, hatching, vaccination and biosecurity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, directing and control of all breeding farms.
• Coordinate production functions to ensure hatchery profitability.
• Collaborate with primary breeding companies on parent stock placement.
• Fine-tune production to meet local marketing demand.
