Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial bread production or bakery R&D.
• Strong knowledge of ingredient substitution, product development, costing, and shelf-life management.
• Experience in commercial-scale production trials, product standardization, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and quality assurance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, college-level education, diploma, or certificate in Baking/Culinary Arts or related field.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, bread production, food safety, and sanitation.
