Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Creative Services Manager to lead the organization’s creative vision and brand execution across marketing and communications platforms.

This role oversees end-to-end creative output, ensuring consistency with enterprise strategy, and partners with Marketing, Communications, and senior leadership to strengthen brand equity and support growth initiatives in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record leading in-house teams or agency partnerships at scale.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on understanding of design, digital content, and multimedia production.
• Experience operating in highly regulated or mission-driven industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a cohesive, enterprise-wide creative strategy aligned to organizational priorities.
• Safeguard brand integrity across all internal and external communications channels.
• Oversee the creative services function, including design, content development, multimedia, and production workflows.
• Establish structured intake, prioritization, and resource allocation processes for timely, high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Communications, Clinical, and Executive teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling campaigns.
• Drive innovation in digital storytelling, patient engagement, and multimedia experiences.
• Build and mentor a high-performing creative team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish metrics to evaluate creative effectiveness and brand consistency.
