Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati is seeking a Brand Officer (Retail) to develop and execute brand strategies within a retail environment, strengthening brand presence and driving customer engagement.

You will coordinate with merchandising, marketing and operations for campaigns, oversee visual merchandising, monitor trends, and support product launches and in-store activations. 2–4+ years in brand/retail roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or retail-related roles.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer brands is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and sales.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Officer to support the development and execution of brand strategies within a retail environment. This role will focus on strengthening brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and sales
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across stores, marketing materials, and digital platforms
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities
• Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activations
• Oversee visual merchandising alignment with brand guidelines
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers
• Track and report on campaign performance and brand metrics
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are properly implemented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or retail-related roles
