Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati City is seeking a Brand & Communications Manager to lead brand strategy, campaigns, and corporate communications onsite. The role collaborates with marketing, PR, and sales teams to drive brand integrity and message consistency across channels.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in brand/marketing comms, strong storytelling, and agency management skills, with fluency in English and Filipino for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in brand, marketing communications, PR, or corporate communications.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, consumer, or other customer-facing industries preferred.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing agencies and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Lead marketing campaigns for store openings, promotions, and other business activities.
• Manage brand content across social media, website, and other digital channels.
• Handle PR activities, media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements.
• Support crisis communications and executive communications when needed.
• Develop internal communications such as company announcements and town hall materials.
• Work with creative, PR, media, and other external agencies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, HR, and other teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, media coverage, and brand metrics.
• Manage communications projects, timelines, and budgets.
