Job summary

Federal Land is seeking a Brand Marketing Officer to conceptualize, plan, and develop marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, drive residential revenue, and ensure consistent brand image across all channels.

You will lead strategic marketing plans, craft engaging campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to seize business opportunities while monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of working experience in marketing or related field.
• Real estate marketing is an advantage and Makati City readiness.

Job description

The Brand Marketing Officer is responsible for the conceptualization, planning, and development of marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, increase sales growth, and achieve the company’s residential revenue. He/She serves as a brand steward ensuring coherent and consistent brand image & positioning in all forms of communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador - Define and maintain the brand’s positioning across all communication materials both online and offline. Ensure the proper use of logos, trademarks, images and tone of voice.
• Strategic Planning - Lead the development and execution of marketing plans that align with the brand’s strategic goals and objectives which includes advertising (online and offline) and activations. Engage with cross-functional teams to refine and implement brand strategies that strengthen the brand’s equity. Lead the strategic planning process based on key consumer insights to improve communication with consumers. Monitor market trends, studies and conduct research on consumer behavior and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities or key issues. Work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Storytelling & Communication - Craft engaging and effective campaigns that highlight the story, identity, and benefits of a brand that appeal to consumers. Monitor marketing efforts across all communication channels to conform to overall brand thrust and direction.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Real estate marketing is an advantage
