Job description

The Brand Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting the Brand Marketing Officer for the conceptualization, planning, and development of marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, increase sales growth, and achieve the companys residential revenue. He/She serves as a brand steward ensuring coherent and consistent brand image & positioning in all forms of communication.

Functional Duties And Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador

• Define and maintain the brands positioning across all communication materials both online and offline.
• Ensure the proper use of logos, trademarks, images and tone of voice.

Strategic Planning

• Assist the Brand Marketing Officer with the development and execution of marketing plans that align with the brands strategic goals and objectives which includes advertising (online and offline) and activations.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to refine and implement brand strategies that strengthen the brands equity.
• Assist the Brand Marketing Officer with the strategic planning process based on key consumer insights to improve communication with consumers.
• Monitor market trends, studies and conduct research on consumer behavior and competitors activities to identify opportunities or key issues.

Storytelling & Communication

• Assist the Brand Marketing Officer in crafting engaging and effective campaigns that highlight the story, identity, and benefits of a brand that appeal to consumers.
• Monitor marketing efforts across all communication channels to conform to overall brand thrust and direction.

Others

• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an aligned product strategy and deliver tasks in a timely manner
• Monitor, control, and report monthly expenditures
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior and/or division head
