• Brand stewardship: ensure products, packaging, pricing, displays, and campaigns align with brand DNA.

• Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and achieve objectives.
• Set up displays and planograms, optimize product placement and visibility.

Job Overview:

The Brand Marketing Associate helps manage and promote assigned brands. The role ensures that products, packaging, pricing, displays, and marketing activities are aligned with the brand's identity and business goals.

Key Result Area 1 – Brand Overall Sales

• Custodian of the DNAs of the brands assigned. Makes sure that all aspects are followed by the organization
• Makes sure that the products developed by the company are aligned with the brand DNA
• Coordinates with creatives to design appropriate packaging look.
• Does competitive scanning (products/campaigns) and maps portfolio
• Maps products according to competitive price points and recommends price positioning
• Coordinates with the sales team on market needs

Key Result Area 2 – Sales from Promotions/Launch

• Creates go-to-market plans for new products
• Supports promotions by product managers by making creative campaigns

Key Result Area 3 – Awareness

• Sets look of products in the display area
• Sets directions on a planogram in terms of which products should be positioned first, biggest space, etc.
• Creates effective marketing campaigns to raise awareness of brands or reach tactical objectives

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
