Job summary

Csod is seeking a Brand Manager to lead GOBE brand strategies and drive differentiation in the category within retail stores located in Metro Manila. You will focus on building brand love, profitability, and customer satisfaction across O+O channels.

The role emphasizes strategic brand development, new product launches, and close collaboration with suppliers to optimize promotions, inventory, and compliance with company policies. Excellent cross-functional leadership will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiation strategies vs branded competitors and capitalize on industry trends to hit financial targets and category sales
• Lead New Product Developments and first-to-market launches for relevant category products
• Manage brand programs to improve sales, margins and EBIT with regular competitive assessments
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, ROS and internal procedures
• Develop and implement competency development plans and monitor progress through REAR, ROAD, and PDP
• Oversee inventory management to hit stock weeks cover targets and minimize slow-moving stock
• Plan and execute promotions with suppliers to grow brand sales and margins by year end
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to supplier agreements
