Job summary

Csod is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of D.A.R.E brand and product strategies for GOBE brands across 2-3 major categories, with a focus on differentiation, profitability, and brand love in retail stores.

The role includes steering brand-building programs, managing exclusive projects, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with suppliers to grow brand sales, margins and EBIT while ensuring compliance with company policies and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Developing strategies for differentiation vs branded competitors and to capitalize on industry trends while achieving financial target through 100% delivery of category/brand sales, total profit, and GOBE sales participation
• Implementing Business Development through on time delivery and execution of New Product Developments and be the first to launch Exclusive trendy and innovative products relevant to the category
• Brand Management through Development and implementation of brand-building programs resulting in positive brands sales, margins and EBIT, according to agreed metrics; periodic assessment of competitor’s activities, pricing and promo initiatives while strategizing on brand positioning and segmentation for existing and new brands
• Ensuring regular improvement of business process and procedures while maintaining 100% compliance on Company Policies and Business Process and Procedures and 98% Compliance on ROS
• People Development through 100% implementation of competency development agreements and timely completion of REAR, ROAD, and PDP
• Inventory Management to achieve targets for Stock Weeks Cover & Slow-Moving stocks
• Strategizing promotions and activities with suppliers to grow brands through collaborative brand promo & plans that will result in higher sales & margin growth for GOBE brands by year end and 100% compliance of TTA and Supplier Agreements According to agreed timelines.
